Typical range for month-of coordination in Florida
Most month-of wedding coordination in Florida falls between $2,500 and $7,500. That's a wide range on purpose, because the actual price depends on a handful of specific factors, not just the coordinator's reputation.
What actually changes the price
- Guest count. A 250-person wedding has more moving pieces to manage on the day than a 60-person one, and that shows up in the quote.
- Setup and decor complexity. A fully DIY wedding with dozens of decor boxes to set up and break down usually needs an additional assistant, which adds cost.
- Travel distance. If your venue is well outside your coordinator's home base, travel and sometimes lodging get added to the quote.
- Date and season. Peak season weekends (think October through April in most of Florida) and holiday weekends can affect both availability and price.
What should be included at that price
A fair month-of coordination quote, anywhere in that $2,500 to $7,500 range, should include a venue walkthrough about a month out, vendor confirmations roughly two weeks before the wedding, a custom timeline built and shared with every vendor, rehearsal coordination, a full day of on-site coverage (typically eight to ten hours), and breakdown at the end of the night. If a quote is missing several of these, that's worth asking about directly.
Red flags in a quote
Be cautious of a price that seems unusually low with no explanation of what's included, a coordinator who won't confirm they run the rehearsal, or a contract that doesn't specify how many hours of wedding-day coverage you're getting. A ten-hour day and a six-hour day are very different products, even if they're both called "coordination."

Because guest count, decor and travel all move the price, the only way to get a real number is a custom quote based on your actual wedding.
